Product Introduction
Electromagnetic pulse valve: refers to a diaphragm valve that combines an electromagnetic valve, a pilot valve, and a pulse valve, and is directly controlled by an electrical signal. The electromagnetic pulse valve is the heart of dust removal equipment, and its total price is about 6% of the total price of pulse jet dust collectors; It is 2% of the cost of the pneumatic pulse dust collector. Choosing high-quality pulse valves can reduce the risk of dust removal system failure. The function of electromagnetic valve pulse is to control the magnitude of oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure impact during gear shifting and lock unlocking, and to maintain stable operation of the equipment.
Attention should be paid to the selection of electromagnetic pulse valves in corrosive or explosive environments. If the temperature and viscosity of the flowing fluid are too high, please replace the corresponding electromagnetic valve. If the operation is limited, a multifunctional electromagnetic valve should be selected, which is easy to use and easy to maintain. If the working pressure difference is not suitable, adjust the pressure difference or replace it with a suitable electromagnetic pulse valve. Choose the appropriate model and size of electromagnetic valve according to the needs. If the working frequency is too high or the service life has reached the limit, please choose a new product. If the viscosity of the filter liquid is too high and the frequency is too high, consider changing the product. If the electromagnetic pulse valve cannot be closed and the seal of the main valve core or iron moving core is damaged, please replace the seal.
The function of electromagnetic pulse valve
It is to control the magnitude of oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or the back pressure oil circuit of the shock absorber to reduce the oil pressure shock during gear shifting and lock unlocking, so as to keep the equipment running smoothly.
According to the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet, it can be divided into three types:
a) Right angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose valve body inlet and outlet form a right angle and are directly controlled by electrical signals;
b) Straight through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with a valve body inlet and outlet angle of 180 degrees, directly controlled by electrical signals;
c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with the valve body inlet submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by electrical signals.
In addition to the conventional three types of solenoid valves, there is also a large-diameter ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary injection.
Precautions for installation of electromagnetic pulse valve
1. The installation method of the electromagnetic pulse valve is perpendicular to the horizontal pipeline, with the coil facing upwards. When conditions do not permit, a tilt of ± 30 ° is allowed. Otherwise, it cannot be used normally.
2. The parameters on the nameplate of the electromagnetic pulse valve should match the actual usage requirements.
3. The arrow on the solenoid valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
4. For the normal use of the solenoid valve, please install an oil-water separator in front of the solenoid valve.
5. To prevent accidents such as explosions caused by electric sparks in hazardous environments, type electromagnetic valves should be used.
6. Before installation, please blow the air bag and pipeline to avoid foreign objects damaging the diaphragm and causing the solenoid valve to malfunction.
7. When the electromagnetic pulse valve malfunctions, it is recommended to install a bypass device for timely isolation and easy maintenance.
8. When the solenoid valve is not installed temporarily, it can be stored indoors at 0~40 ℃, with a relative humidity of ≤ 80%, but without corrosive gases. Outdoor storage should be avoided as much as possible.
