The five working faces of the 3D flexible welding workbench have holes with grid annotations of 100×100 mm or 50×50mm. Flexible The 3D welding workbench is very sturdy and can withstand very high loads. It has regular holes machined on all five sides and engraved with wire mesh. The hole has no slope or T-shaped groove. On the 3D welding workbench, any workpiece can be positioned and clamped in various ways using positioning clamping pins (PC pins/locking pins). This PC sales has obtained patent rights. Several 3D workbenches can be directly connected together on any five surfaces. This modular system perfectly embodies its universal functionality in installation, adjustment, and clamping of workpieces. Its advantage lies particularly in the application of large workpieces.

Accuracy In the assembly or welding process, the use of positioning blocks, connecting blocks, clamps, and support blocks can accurately position the workpiece and firmly fix it on various positioning points or surfaces. The probability of workpieces that cannot be located is very small. If the geometric dimensions of the workpiece itself are inaccurate, they can be quickly detected and eliminated in the initial machining process.

Durable and sturdy During the welding process, only low-cost anti splash liquid is needed to eliminate welding splashes on the surface of the 3D workbench. The workbench has undergone aging treatment and special processing. Through modular design with interchangeability, you can complete complex and precise tooling combinations in a short amount of time.
