Product Introduction
Stainless steel screw conveyor uses a rotating screw to move the conveyed material along a fixed casing for conveying work. The direction of rotation of the stainless steel screw conveyor shaft determines the direction of material transportation. Stainless steel screw conveyors have been widely used in various sectors of the national economy, such as the chemical, power, coal, machinery, light industry, grain, and food industries. They are suitable for conveying corrosive powdery, granular, and small block materials, such as sodium chloride, coal powder, fertilizers, ash, coke, etc. It is not suitable to transport materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, and easy to clump. Stainless steel screw conveyors are divided into two types: horizontal screw conveyors and vertical screw conveyors. They are mainly used for horizontal conveying and vertical lifting of various loose materials such as powders, granules, and small pieces. This machine is not suitable for conveying special materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, clumping, high temperature, pressure resistance, and high corrosiveness. In principle, different types of screw conveyors can be made of stainless steel material, collectively referred to as stainless steel screw conveyors or stainless steel winches. The types of stainless steel screw conveyors can be divided into LSY screw conveyor (tubular), LS screw conveyor (U-shaped), GX screw conveyor (U-shaped), LC vertical screw conveyor, and WLS shaftless screw conveyor.
