    The silicon dust removal skeleton is a surface treated by galvanizing after welding and forming the dust removal skeleton. The silicon dust removal framework adopts one-time forming fully galvanized, with a smooth and straight surface, no burrs to prevent damage to the filter bag, uniform welding, and reasonable structure.

    The silicon dust removal skeleton adopts cold galvanizing, also known as electroplating galvanizing. The dust removal skeleton is subjected to oil removal, acid washing, and then placed in a solution composed of zinc salts using electrolytic equipment. The negative electrode of the electrolytic equipment is connected, and a zinc plate is placed opposite the pipe fitting. The positive electrode of the electrolytic equipment is connected to the power supply, and a layer of zinc is deposited on the dust removal skeleton by directional movement of current from the positive electrode to the negative electrode. The appearance of the galvanized dust removal skeleton is smooth, without zinc nodules or burrs, and it is silver white or colored. It has acid and alkali resistance and is currently a commonly used type of dust removal skeleton.

    Silicon dust removal skeleton, also known as dust removal cage bone, is formed by one-time welding of equipment. The dust removal skeleton is the rib of the filter bag, and the quality of the dust removal cage bone directly affects the working state and service life of the filter bag.

    Silicon dust removal skeleton raw materials: low-carbon steel wire, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire, etc. Dust bag cage structure: There are reasonable structural methods such as multi section, Venturi tube, protective short tube, bottom unloading, plug-in, chuck, etc.

    Technical requirements for silicon dust removal skeleton

    1. There should be sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality, and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure, damage during transportation, contact between filter bags after being loaded into the dust collector, difficulty in bagging, and friction between bag frames;

    2. The surface of the filter bag dust removal skeleton can be treated by spraying or galvanizing, and the treatment agent used for high temperature should meet the needs of high temperature;

    3. All solder joints shall be firm and free from any loose, virtual or missed solder joints.
