Product Introduction
The T-shaped slot cast iron platform, also known as the test platform flat or iron floor, is mainly used for power experiments in industries such as motors, engines, water pumps, diesel engines, automobiles, and high-speed rail testing. It includes motor test platforms, test platforms, dynamometer test platforms, automotive laboratory test platforms, engine test platforms, etc.
The platform work mask has good planar stability and toughness. The surface has T-shaped grooves.
Main Purpose
Mainly used to fix workpieces, it is the basic work platform for fitters to debug, assemble, and repair equipment.
T-shaped groove platform material: High strength cast iron HT200-300 with a working face hardness of HB170-240. After two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product has stable accuracy and good wear resistance.
