In theory, the usage time of dust removal bags is 3-4 years. In fact, we need to decide based on the operating conditions of the manufacturer. If it is in high temperature and high sulfur conditions, it may be replaced once a year. Generally, most of them are replaced every 2 years.
At room temperature, the bag is usually used for 1-2 years. Due to the grinding force of dust, the bottom of the dust removal bag will also be damaged over time. In this situation, the bag filter cannot use damaged bags for dust removal, as it will reduce the service life of the dust collector. We can use old cloth bags or new filter cloth of the same material to repair the holes and continue to use them. The method of repairing the holes is to use a silicone rubber mixture for bonding, as long as the application temperature, chemical properties, and technical conditions of the adhesive are suitable. When most of the cloth bags are damaged, they should be completely replaced (when the fine dust accumulated in the filter layer after a long period of operation reduces its permeability and affects the system air flow, even if they are not damaged, they should still be completely replaced). The replacement of the cloth bags should start when the dust collector stops running. At this moment, the dust cleaning controller should be closed, and the top manhole door should be opened to remove the cloth bag. When removing the cloth bag, first take out the bag cage, then pinch the spring ring on the upper opening of the bag into a concave shape, and pull out the cloth bag upwards. Before installing a new cloth bag, the dust on the flower plate hole should be cleaned up.
